CALL TO ORDER

Mayor DeViet to call the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

Members of the public are invited to participate in this meeting of Council by accessing the meeting which will be live-streamed on our Middlesex Centre YouTube channel or by contacting the Municipal Clerk to receive a registration link to join the meeting being held electronically.

Members of the public may also attend the meeting in-person at the Coldstream Community Centre, located at 10227 Ilderton Road, Ilderton, N0M 2A0.

DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST

The Municipal Conflict of Interest Act requires any member of Council declaring a pecuniary interest and the general nature thereof, where the interest of a member of Council has not been disclosed by reason of the member’s absence from the meeting, to disclose the interest at the first open meeting attended by the member of Council and otherwise comply with the Act.

• THAT the Council for the Municipality of Middlesex Centre adjourn to closed session at ________ pursuant to Section 239 (3.1), being educational or training sessions, of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended;

  AND THAT the meeting is held for the purpose of educating and training the members in regards to the Municipality of Middlesex Centre strategic plan.
