CALL TO ORDER

Mayor DeViet to call the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Members of the public are invited to participate in this meeting of Council by accessing the meeting which will be live-streamed on our Middlesex Centre YouTube channel or by contacting the Municipal Clerk to receive a registration link to join the meeting being held electronically.

Members of the public may also attend the meeting in-person at the Ilderton Community Centre, located at 13168 Ilderton Road, Ilderton, N0M 2A0.

DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST

The Municipal Conflict of Interest Act requires any member of Council declaring a pecuniary interest and the general nature thereof, where the interest of a member of Council has not been disclosed by reason of the member’s absence from the meeting, to disclose the interest at the first open meeting attended by the member of Council and otherwise comply with the Act.

Middlesex Centre Servicing Master Plan

Jeff Paul of Stantec will be in attendance to provide an overview of the Middlesex Centre Servicing Master Plan (Municipal Class Environmental Assessment)

• THAT the Middlesex Centre Servicing Master Plan presentation be received.

Middlesex Centre Transportation Master Plan

Anna Mori will be in attendance on behalf of Arcadis to provide an overview of the Middlesex Centre Transportation Master Plan
