THAT consent application B-32/19, filed by Zelinka Priamo (c/o Harry Froussios) on behalf of 5005559 Ontario Inc. in order to sever a surplus farm residence on a lot with a frontage of approximately 70.5 meters (230 ft) along Ilderton Road (County Road 16) and an area of approximately 0.667 hectares (1.64 ac); from a property legally described as Part Lot 23, Concession 11 (geographic Township of London), and municipally described as 14378 Ilderton Road and 22740 Richmond Street, Municipality of Middlesex Centre; be DENIED.
AND THAT the reasons for denying Consent Application B-32/19 include:
- The proposal is not consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement; and
- The proposal does not conform to the County of Middlesex Official Plan and the Middlesex Centre Official Plan.
AND FURTHER THAT the Zoning By-law Amendment application, Zelinka Priamo (c/o Harry Froussios) on behalf of 50055599 Ontario Inc. for the severed lands of Consent B-32/19 in order to implement the severance of a surplus farm residence, be DENIED.
