CALL TO ORDER

Mayor DeViet called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m.

In response to COVID-19 we continue to hold Council meetings electronically.

Members of the public are invited to submit written comments or requests to delegate for Planning related items, including the Official Plan Review, via email to [e-mail].

All written delegation and correspondence submissions will form part of the public record.

Members of the public are also invited to participate in this meeting of Council by accessing the meeting which will be live-streamed on our Middlesex Centre YouTube channel.

ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA

There are no additions to the November 17, 2021 Council agenda.

There are no disclosures of pecuniary interest to note for the November 17, 2021 Council agenda items.

OFFICIAL PLAN REVIEW - STATUTORY PUBLIC MEETING

  THAT Council move into a Public Meeting pursuant to the Planning Act, as amended, for the purpose of the Official Plan Review Public Meeting.

Matt Alexander and Greg Bender are in attendance on behalf of WSP Consultants to provide an overview of the Official Plan Review Public Meeting Presentation.

Jamie Cook is in attendance on behalf of Watson and Associates to provide an overview of this presentation.
